Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves managing security-related issues, primarily pulling requested footage and resolving access issues.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Review video footage and create evidentiary recordings.
* Collect and preserve evidence until Company Investigator and/or law enforcement investigators arrive.
* Maintain security equipment in good working order.
* Verify parking procedures are followed.
* Collaborate with the security team to improve security operations.
* Travel for training as needed.
* Be prepared to respond to incidents 24/7 as needed.
* Create and deliver various training materials to employees regarding safety and health topics. Coordinate training with third-party vendors.
* Provide safety orientation during onboarding for new employees.
* E nsure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and industry standards.
* Conduct facility inspections and audits related to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
* Identify hazards, recommend corrective measures, and use the EHS platform to record observations and incidents daily.
* Participate in incident investigations as needed.
* Maintain training documents as needed.
* Assist the Tulsa EHS team with PPE solutions, training, and relevant documentation.


Requirements:

* An associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* At least three years of experience in a security role.

* A strong understanding of door and video security systems

* Self-motivated
* Familiarity with camera hardware/software, access control hardware/software, Windows Operating Systems, and laptop and desktop hardware

Work Environment:

* Ability to stand/sit for long periods
* Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs
