We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our property management portfolio. In this key role, you'll be responsible for securing new landlord clients, converting leads into signed management agreements, and establishing long-term relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure new property management clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and canvassing
* Deliver compelling presentations to prospective landlords and secure new management agreements
* Develop, nurture, and track a strong lead pipeline using follow-ups, targeted campaigns, and CRM/database systems
About You:
* Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management
* Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not required
* Demonstrated success in lead conversion, prospecting, and nurturing long-term relationships
