We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure services group, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our data center systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.

2. Share knowledge and follow best practices in Data Center Operations.

3. Participate in and deliver on high-impact projects.

4. Contribute to and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Requirements:

5. This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

6. 24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12-hour rotating shifts.

7. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle.

Qualifications:
">

12. 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
">
13. 1+ years of computer networking experience.
">
14. High school or equivalent diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:

15. Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
