About Us:
Lion Gold Coast Removals is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, based on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Role Overview:
The Office Manager oversees office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, staff support, and client communications. The role ensures efficient workflows, compliance with procedures, management of office resources, and guidance to staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Duties:
Working alongside the company director and operational team in a professionally managed removal business, your duties will include:
· Coordinate office schedules, internal workflows, and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Maintain and update records, client databases, and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
· Support staff with administrative tasks, including bookings, correspondence, and documentation management.
· Prepare operational and performance reports for the Director to assist with planning and decision-making.
· Act as the central point of contact for internal communication between staff, management, and clients.
· Monitor office procedures, compliance, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Liaise with clients regarding administrative matters, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
· Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and administrative resources.
· Provide guidance and support to staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and work experience:
Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative management role within the transport or removals industry will be highly regarded.
Office Manager: 2 years (preferred)
Proactive and motivated operations professional
Knowledge of logistics, scheduling, and team coordination within the removals sector
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, with a focus on cultivating a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Ability to handle and resolve issues effectively
