The Opportunity - About the Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Care Officer at our Stockland Green Hills Town Centre.
In this casual role (7 to 15 hours per week), you'll be the friendly face of our Customer Care Desk, delivering outstanding service to our visitors and providing valuable support to the Centre Management team.
We're looking for someone who's flexible and reliable, with availability to work Thursday evenings and weekends in line with the centre's trading hours. While there are no set days, your ability to adapt to a rotating roster will be key.

Key responsibilities
* Addressing diverse customers' needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland's brand essence
* Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business
* Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre
* Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
* Follow all public liability incident management process
About you
* Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and basic Excel
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude
* Strong attention to details and a keen ability to show initiative
