As we prepare to open our Eastern Creek Quarter venue this March, we're looking for vibrant, dynamic team members who are passionate about fun, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
You'll shine in this role if you have:

* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
* A reliable work ethic with strong attention to detail
* Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and public holidays)
* Exceptional customer service skills – you genuinely love making people smile
* Strong communication and presentation skills
Supervisory Roles – Additional Requirements
* Cash-handling experience and confidence with basic financial tasks
* Hands-on supervisory experience with daily operational oversight
* A solid understanding of retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations
* A passion for developing team members and fostering a positive team culture
* Strong time-management and prioritisation skills with a solutions-focused mindset
A current Police Check is mandatory for all supervisory roles and must be maintained throughout employment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Arcade or entertainment venue experience
* A valid Working With Children Check
* Additional relevant qualifications
Important Start Date Information
* The Eastern Creek Quarter venue opens in March
* Successful candidates may have the opportunity to start earlier
* All team members must be available to commence by mid-February to complete paid training at nearby iPlay locations prior to opening
