A Generalist HR Manager or Senior HR Consultant Role Awaits
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Generalist HR Manager or Senior HR Consultant to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can support our existing clients and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting other Consultants with their current clients across various industries.
* Providing generalist HRM services, including conducting HR audits, drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, and liaising with clients to create and define role and responsibility statements.
* Dispute resolution, facilitation of performance management programs, and conducting workplace investigations.
* Developing and implementing employment agreements, researching and providing balanced people advice, and coaching and educating clients in the ongoing management of their HR systems.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Generalist HR Manager or Senior HR Consultant.
* Strong sales ability and essential sales skills necessary for developing new client relationships.
* Capable of adapting strategy and practical knowledge to work comfortably with Executives and Executive Leadership teams at a strategic and operational level.
* High-level relationship management and influencing skills.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-developed knowledge of and practical experience with the relevant Australian employment legislation.
* Self-accountability, empathy, and a genuine love of HR Management and Recruitment.
