About the Role
This senior leadership position requires someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and leading teams. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and entertainment, and lead front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service.
* Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and entertainment
* Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
* Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing obligations
* Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
* Support the Venue Manager with rostering, training, and operations
* Act as the senior contact point for staff and customers during shifts
