Are you an experienced Digital Pre-Press Operator looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a talented Digital Pre-Press Operator to join one of our valued clients' teams in the large format printing industry.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for pre-flighting and pre-pressing jobs using Adobe and Onyx software, preparing files for large format digital printing, and ensuring the highest quality output across a variety of media. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge print technology in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-flight and pre-press jobs using Adobe Creative Suite and Onyx software
* Set up print files for large format printing, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Liaise with production to understand job requirements and meet deadlines
* Prepare and manage files for various substrates and media types
* Operate within established production and quality standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve file or production issues as they arise
About You:
* Proven experience in a digital pre-press environment, ideally with large format printing
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Onyx software
* Strong understanding of print and design languages, colour management, and file preparation
* Experience setting up prints for HP, Epson, and Canon printers (highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and meet production deadlines
