About the Role:
* Owning regional plans to optimise performance and drive growth by executing initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Partnering closely with Store Partners to ensure consistent execution of strategies and identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diligently owning all aspects of Regional Plans ensuring optimal results are achieved at each store site
* Foster exceptional relationships with Joint Venture Partners through collaborative engagement models promoting shared goals
* Analyse existing operations in search of efficiency gains which will enhance productivity levels significantly
