ERM is seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing activities for our team in Australia. The role will be based out of our Sydney office. As part of ERM’s global marketing function, you will collaborate with a worldwide network of marketing experts, accessing shared knowledge, best-practice insights and innovative approaches to elevate our brand across the region. Responsibilities Campaign management: Build and execute impactful campaigns through integrated marketing and communications, spanning conferences, webinars, thought leadership, content curation, digital marketing, media relations, industry memberships, collateral production and internal/executive communications. Stakeholder collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with APAC regional leadership, clients, Industry Marketing Program Managers, external vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve campaign objectives. Program Support: Provide essential administrative support to the ANZ team, including event scheduling and presentation preparation. Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, targeting and engaging key buyer segments. Create and manage email campaigns and social media content and utilize marketing automation tools such as Salesforce. Thought leadership: Work closely with SMEs to produce and proofread creative content, including videos, blogs and reports. Collaborate with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts and coordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials. With experience, you will be expected to: Develop and implement marketing strategies (often as part of a broader sales and marketing program). Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO activities to ensure effective channels are being used. Track marketing performance and return on investment, preparing weekly or monthly management reports. Monitor and report on competitor activity. Lead external agencies, as needed, to manage events, media relations, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities. Oversee and manage the marketing budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience, within professional services a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas and translate marketing content into compelling stories. Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills with a systematic mindset. A can-do attitude and high level of enthusiasm, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask accurately. Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in MS PowerPoint design and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and web design to support marketing and project material finishing. Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Ability to develop innovate solutions bridging that bridge global expectations with regional capabilities. Skilled in collecting and applying stakeholder feedback to enhance campaigns. A highly motivated team player who is adaptable and comfortable working within a complex structure and with multiple stakeholders. Tact and diplomacy when working with senior stakeholders and balancing competing priorities. Ability to manage a diverse workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
