Internal Vacancy: Contracts Administrator
* Execute processing of all Commercial sales contracts and other relevant documentation on a national basis
* Provide administrative support to the wider Commercial Department (ICE) as required
There will be an opportunity arising in April/May for a Contracts Administrator to join the Commercial Team, reporting to Mark Creaven, Project Manager.
The role will replace Anne Pride as she ventures forth into her retirement after 15 years with Kingspan in July 2026. There will a handover from Anne to the new appointee to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and following up of invoice payments with clients and customers
* Manage progress claims, variations, and payment schedules
* Ensure documentation is completed accurately in accordance with company procedure
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are maintained and administered • Resolve contract issues, discrepancies, or disputes with vendors or clients
* Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms
* Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
* Provide back up support in the absence of the Project Manager with respect to general Commercial Project requirement
* Liaise with Project Coordinator and Project Manager on Commercial contract conditions and client negotiations
* Develop and manage performance‐based contracts for the achievement of agreed projects
* In conjunction with the Commercial Project Manager, Project Coordinator and SQC Manager, coordinate and manage all commercial project installation teams • Develop and present proposals and presentations to Suppliers and Management as required • Collate estimates, quotations, and tender documents as per company specifications • Liaise with clients regarding questions or queries pertaining to contracts and documentation • Liaise with the Commercial Project Manager regarding production and installation scheduling • Perform duties in accordance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, Policies and Procedures including hazard and risk analysis, management, and reporting.
