The Opportunity
Reporting to the Branch Manager (QLD), this is a multi-faceted role in a fast-paced environment that requires superior customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to drive sales. Duties include:
- Maintain and cultivate effective business relationships
- Research market and new product opportunities
- On board and develop new customer base
- Enthusiastically communicate company sales & promotions
- Preparation of sales reports / sales revenue
- Handling and researching customer enquiries
About You
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a person who is an enthusiastic self-starting team player
- Previous Sales and Service experience in the Food & Beverage sector is highly desirable
- Technical chemical background is preferred
- Embrace challenges with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience
- Excellent communication with active listening skills
- Computer literacy
- Reliable and punctual
