The Role
As our
Sales & Finance Coordinator
, you will be responsible for keeping new deals on track, ensuring accuracy in finance documentation, and supporting internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a Full-Time position based in
Underwood
.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
New Deal Compliance & Finance Approval
Review new deal paperwork and calculations for accuracy
Ensure documentation meets efex business rules and funder requirements
Lodge finance applications within required timeframes
Coordinate with Purchasing and Deployment teams to progress orders to installation
Deal Settlements
Prepare and submit settlement packs within 24 hours of installation
Provide accurate billing information to internal teams
Ensure settlements are completed without delays or rework
Contract Maintenance & Queries
Maintain accurate customer and finance data across internal systems
Support the Sales Team with finance-related queries
Process contract novations with minimal disruption to clients
Communication & Coordination
Keep trackers up to date and proactively follow up outstanding requirements
Liaise with Sales, Operations, Deployment, and external funders
Respond to general queries promptly to ensure great customer outcomes
About You
Previous experience in an administration, finance, or sales support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook & Excel)
The ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
