Leadership Role for Institutional Property Growth
This role focuses on executing a comprehensive strategy to drive customer satisfaction, people development, and financial returns in the institutional property group.
The ideal candidate will develop strategic client engagement plans and execute them through market insights, speed, and team leadership.
* Strategically manage a portfolio of institutional property clients.
* Build relationships with executive-level clients, leveraging industry and financing knowledge.
* Lead prioritization and collaboration with teams to execute client requirements efficiently.
As part of this role, there will be opportunities for people leadership. The successful candidate will consistently provide high-quality credit and pricing recommendations based on client and industry knowledge, research, and analysis while meeting performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Credit and Risk Management: Excellent knowledge of credit and risk management principles, policies, and procedures, along with exposure to structuring facilities for investment and development purposes.
* Industry Knowledge: 10+ years' experience in institutional banking, developing and managing relationships at C-suite level, and industry expertise.
* Product and Returns: In-depth knowledge of institutional products and services and ability to structure pricing and returns to meet financial performance metrics.
* Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and prioritizing activities to add value to clients and shareholders.
