What Will You Be Doing?
o Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications
o Basic filleting and portioning on a variety of bony fish
o Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process
o Clean, maintain and replenish Cool Room/Chiller and Freezer (eg: stacking shelves)
o Operation of labelling, sealing, cleaning and/or vacuuming machines.
o Comply with all legislative requirements and QA procedures
What You Need to Succeed:
o Ability to process a different variety of fish species
o Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
o Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
o Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
o Exceptional attention to detail
o Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift
o Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
