Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
* Plan, build, and manage campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
* Implement structures based on the newest
Meta Andromeda
framework and
Google AI-driven campaign setups
* Maintain spotless campaign architecture: naming conventions, UTM hygiene, pixel/Conversion API setup, tracking, and audiences
* Conduct ongoing optimisation: creative testing frameworks, scaling strategies, and budget allocation
* Identify when to scale, hold, or cut campaigns based on data patterns
Copywriting & Creative Direction
* Write high-converting ad copy that aligns with audience psychology and brand voice
* Create concepts for ads, hooks, angles, headlines, and scripts
* Collaborate with designers/editors to build scroll-stopping creatives
* Continuously test new creative approaches based on platform trends and data insights
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Analyse performance dashboards and data sets to diagnose issues and opportunities
* Build clear reports and insights, with recommendations tied to business outcomes
* Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CTR, CVR, and key funnel metrics
* Ensure campaigns follow incrementality best practices and minimise signal loss
Leadership & Ownership
* Proactively recommend new growth opportunities, tests, and strategies
* Stay ahead of platform changes, AI advancements, and algorithm shifts
* Lead creative ideation sessions and campaign planning cycles
* Operate with autonomy, accountability, and a growth-driven mindset
Requirements
* 2–5+ years
experience running Meta & Google campaigns at scale
* Deep knowledge of
Meta Andromeda updates
,
Google Ads AI features
, and modern account structures
* Proven track record in
direct-response copywriting
and sales-driven messaging
* Strong ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and make confident scaling decisions
* Understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels/tags, and campaign hygiene
* Experience collaborating with creative teams and directing ad production
* High ownership, initiative, and leadership qualities
