We're seeking a motivated Territory Manager to spearhead our efforts in Victoria (VIC).
In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at achieving sales revenue and market share objectives.At CRDN, our mission is deeply rooted in transforming the lives of patients worldwide.

Moreover, we're passionate about the revolutionary potential of Renal Denervation, offering patients a novel, safe, and effective means to manage uncontrolled hypertension.Join us in making a tangible difference in the lives of patients while advancing cutting-edge medical technologies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the Territory Manager role has the responsibility to achieve sales revenue targets for VIC territory, provide complete account management within that territory, and practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organisation, technical expertise, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control.In this role, you will:Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting our range of RDN products to key specialists and technical staffUnderstand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiencyProvide best in class clinical case support in hybrid theatres and cardiac cath labs to ensure proper use of Drug Eluting Stent and procedural steps of the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation SystemBe well organised and practice good territory management of inventory, case support calendar, administration and expensesPlay a lead role in quarterly business reviews (QBR's) for your specified territory and actively contribute to the broader state QBRBuild an awareness and begin accessing key influencers, key hospital stakeholders and leverage relationships to execute on account strategiesPro-actively manage clinical support and educational requirementsSupport sales activities by assisting in presentations to healthcare professionals on related educational and training topicsPractice effective communication by feeding back information regarding commercial and clinical opportunities and intelligence to relevant divisional staffConsistently set and meet quarterly performance goalsWork with product manager and inventory counters to:Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demandDrive on time follow up missing stock once inventory counters have Completed cycle counts of all required field locationsRetrieve all expiring product from field locations and return to the warehouse prior to expiryAll activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality SystemPerforms duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.Some afterhours case support may be requiredTravel requirement: less than 25%Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, general Science, Business or similarMinimum 3 years of sales experience in the devices, pharma or healthcare industryCardiac Catheter Lab experience will be highly regardedComprehensive clinical and technical knowledge including clinical papers.Knowledge of account planning, territory management and forecastingAbility to adopt consultative selling strategiesStrong negotiation skillsStrong ability to build and nurture clinical and business relationships with customersUnderstanding of internal workings of hospital labs/theatres/departments e.g. purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient & implant scheduling and key influencersComputer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of softwareMaintain a valid driver's licencePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
