We are seeking a Part Time Eyewear Consultant/Receptionist to join our team!
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet patients with a smile, answering any questions they may have and making them feel welcome.
* Provide administrative support by answering phones, booking appointments, handling emails, filing, and scanning documents, as well as performing other tasks as required.
* Assist patients in selecting frames and sunglasses, taking into account their visual needs, prescription requirements, and personal style preferences.
* Offer expert advice and recommendations on lens options to optimize vision and enhance the eyewear experience.
* Perform frame adjustments, repairs, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal fit and comfort for patients.
* Place and track orders for lenses, frames, and other eyewear accessories, coordinating with external suppliers and maintaining inventory control.
* Work collaboratively with optometrists, support staff, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not necessary.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are mandatory.
