Community Facilities Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Facilities team as a Community Facilities Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
* This role involves liaising with customers, facility users, and visitors to ensure their needs are met, assisting with event setup and pack down, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
* You will also provide assistance in promoting the use of Council's community facilities and developing and coordinating programs and events.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

About the Role
This part-time position offers 21 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
The ideal candidate will be available to regularly work week days and evenings, and provide relief support on weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Vocational Certificate or equivalent and/or significant work experience in a relevant field.
* Proven highly developed customer service and administration skills.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and organising schedules and resources.
* Proven well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience and sound competency in the operation of Microsoft 365 products and other corporate software.
* Proven ability to work unsupervised, with solid time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks including set up and pack up of equipment and cleaning of facilities.
