* Work closely with the payroll team and stakeholders to resolve complex payroll processing issues.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry payroll practices through active participation in professional networks and forums.
* Identify errors and implement effective processes to prevent recurrence.
* Develop, implement, and review risk management procedures to minimize operational risks.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll practices comply with policy, procedure, and SLAs.
