About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in NSW, WA, and New Zealand territories. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building a pipeline of qualified leads, and closing deals that directly contribute to Redcat's market share and influence in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Pursue QSR and multi-site operators across NSW, WA, and New Zealand to grow Redcat's presence in the region.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners, operations managers, and IT leaders, to understand their tech stack and identify opportunities for Redcat solutions.
* Lead proposals and demos that showcase how Redcat can solve operational pain points and improve customer experiences.
* Manage long-term enterprise cycles while maintaining a strong pipeline of short-term wins to keep momentum high.
* Represent Redcat at industry events and build networks across the hospitality sector.
Requirements
* Proven experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions into complex organisations.
* Strong understanding of how multi-site or franchise operations work, preferably with hospitality experience.
* Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, from finance and IT to ops and marketing.
* Commercial acumen and resilience to manage long sales cycles while keeping the pipeline moving.
* Self-motivation and maturity to thrive in a remote role with autonomy.
