Your role will see you:
* Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client's recovery from injury.
* Build lasting relationships with all stakeholders with a focus on positive customer service as well as taking a client-centred approach.
* Conduct a range of discipline-specific assessments such as functional assessments, vocational assessments, worksite assessments etc.
* Develop tailored return to work plans.
* Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
* Restoring the functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.
* Participate in team meetings and collaboration
* Participate in Professional Development that will see you upskill and develop into a team leader (if of interest)
You will come to the role with the following skills:
* Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
* AHPRA registration or ESSA/ASORC Membership
* High level reporting skills
* A positive, professional, and friendly manner
* Driver's license and car
* A home office
