We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and business development team.
This role is key to ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate reporting, and timely communication across the business.

Position Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play an essential role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting both the sales and business development teams through a mix of administration, reporting, and client service.
Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you'll help deliver a seamless client experience by managing onboarding coordination with our team in Canada, maintaining clear communication with clients, and supporting smooth collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, communications, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Contribute to preparing and updating sales materials, pitch decks, and supporting documentation for client meetings and presentations.
Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring all client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Coordinate client onboarding processes with internal teams, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately.
Prepare and distribute regular reports, KPI summaries, and sales dashboards to support visibility and performance tracking.
Liaise with internal departments to support clear communication, timely follow-up, and smooth internal workflows.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for senior team members as required.
Support ongoing improvements in sales administration, reporting accuracy, and CRM utilisation.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or a similar coordination role.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service mindset, with clear, professional communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
