This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an established, professional and dedicated provider in servicing a range of clients in the Wide Bay region. As you provide OT-specific services, you will be working alongside a warm, experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor who is local to the area.
The Role
* Complete a range of OT-specific assessments such as Assessments of Daily living
* Provide OT-specific services including DVA household services and Home Modification recommendations
* Work across a range schemes providing Case management, Assessment, Planning and Review services
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
* Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
* A driver's license and car
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desired and essential for contracting
* If contracting, you will need your ABN, Professional Indemnity insurance, laptop and phone
* A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills
