Job Description
Job Description:
This is the perfect opportunity to start or grow your career in the Transport and Logistics sector whilst delivering excellent customer service and obtaining administration skills. The role is based at our Bundaberg Terminal on a full-time basis Tuesday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm (hours may vary in peak season).
This position comes with a high level of responsibility and a great opportunity for the right applicant with the desired skill set and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
* Ensure accuracy of paperwork
* Processing paperwork in relation to truck loads
* Processing Proofs of Delivery
* Data entry and booking timeslots with DC
* Scanning of paperwork
* Adhere to and promote all Workplace Health & Safety procedures
* Liaise with customers & escalation queries
* Assist and understand Operations
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Ability to service customers with utmost professionalism at all times
* Effective communication skills to deal with all internal and external customers
* Data entry skills to ensure input is accurate
* Ability to learn operating systems quickly.
