Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary model, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, peer workers, and registered nurses under one roof.

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a range of expertise and skill sets. They work closely with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address individual needs in a safe and empathetic environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician. Responsibilities include:

* Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored counselling plans in collaboration with participants and their families.
* Advocating for participants and coordinating with other clinicians, peer lived experience workers, and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
* Monitoring and managing participants' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed.
* Participating in clinical meetings, case meetings with peer lived experience workers, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.
* Working in a multi-disciplinary team with peer lived experience workers and other mental health clinicians.

About You

* Current AHPRA registration in a relevant discipline (psychologist, registered nurse) or AASW (Social Worker), with mental health accreditation highly regarded.
* Experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
* Skills and experience in trauma-informed counselling and therapy, including the use of multiple clinical counselling modalities.
* Ability to demonstrate mental health triage and participant de-escalation techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including computer literacy.
* Ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
* Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.

What We Offer

* A value-driven organisation, where our team has chosen our values: integrity and honesty; inclusivity and person-centred care; continuous learning; accountability; respect.
* Competitive salary package.
* A supportive work environment that prioritizes your mental wellbeing, including Employee Assistance Program, workplace wellness initiatives, and one-on-one wellbeing support as part of supervision.
* A fun and exciting workplace, working with a team that values humor and social events.
* We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and aim to build a team with various backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
* Career development opportunities as part of our growing and diversified business.
* Support for clinicians to perform at their best with administrative and operational support to deliver outcomes for clients.

Professional development is a focus, including:

* Up to $2,000 in professional development allowance and up to 2 days of professional development leave.
* Team-based learning from a diverse range of health professionals.
* Weekly educational and case review sessions, including sessions led by Professor David Castle.
* Low clinician-to-team leader ratios allowing extensive clinical supervision and support.

If you're ready to bring your passion and expertise to a role that truly makes a difference, either full-time or part-time, we want to hear from you
