RYCO is a growing rope access company delivering high-quality access, maintenance, remediation, and specialist works across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians at all levels to join our team.
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of rope access works, which may include:
* Building wash-downs and façade cleaning
* Painting, remediation, mastic, and rendering works
* Structural inspections and maintenance
* Installation and repair tasks at height
* Working as part of a professional rope access team under IRATA standards
What We're Looking For
We're open to IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians, with the right attitude being just as important as experience.
Essential Requirements:
* Current IRATA certification (L1 / L2 / L3)
* White Card
* Working at Heights
* Strong safety mindset and adherence to IRATA procedures
* Ability to work well in a team and take direction on site
* Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
* Australian Resident or Working VISA
Desirable (but not essential):
* Trade background or relevant site experience
* Experience in painting, remediation, or façade works
* Confined space certification
* High-risk licences (EWP, rigging, etc.)
* First AID/CPR
