Overview:
* Undertake day to day transactional activities by providing quality customer support and service to a range of customers and stakeholders across the SA Health portfolio and external suppliers.
* Provide high quality and responsive first level helpdesk service to internal and external customers including problem resolution, monitoring, and reporting on the status of queries.
* Undertake inventory expediting processes for Health Service Support units (HSS), and the SA Health Distribution Centre (SAHDC).
