Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, timely customer service to internal and external stakeholdersRespond promptly to phone, email, and in-person enquiriesSupport continuous improvement in customer service outcomesProvide administrative support across business functionsProcess invoices, purchase orders, quotations, tenders, and subcontractor documentationMaintain accurate records, databases, CRM systems, and filingComplete data entry, reporting, reconciliations, and stock takesPrepare business documents and presentationsManage reception duties, office supplies, meetings, appointments, catering, and follow-up actionsComply with company policies, governance, and HSEQ requirements
About You
Certificate III in Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support roleIntermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Current Driver’s LicenseStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible, adaptable, and willing to learnA team-focused attitude with a strong customer service mindset
Desirable
Experience in construction, modular building, or a related industryExposure to CRM systems or business management systems
