Overview: Looking to transition from an on‑site role to an office‑based position with a leading commercial landscape construction company on the Northern Gold Coast. We specialise in commercial projects that redefine landscapes and enhance environments.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects in close partnership with the General Manager.
* Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability.
* Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover.
* Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.
* Conduct take‑offs and measure plans.
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and builders.
* Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information.
* Procure key items.
* Submit variations plus monthly progress claims.
* Actively expand the client, subcontractor and supplier base.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
