About the role
Become part of the Peninsula BM's team as an Automotive Spare Parts specialist. This full-time role based in Mornington, VIC offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this leading automotive parts retailer. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to both trade and retail customers.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting customers with their automotive spare part needs, including identifying the correct parts and accessories
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining stock levels and ordering new inventory as required
* Providing product information and advice to customers
* Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensuring a tidy and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an automotive spare parts or related retail environment
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts for customers
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the success of the business
