Norton Gold Fields is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our HSEC team
and play a key role in the upgrade, integration and ongoing optimisation of our safety and compliance systems across site operations. About the Role
You will scope, plan and implement HSEC system updates and integrations, including platforms such as Evotix360, Rapid Global, Gallagher and a HSEC data warehouse. You will also provide dedicated system administration support to the HSEC team and site operations to ensure effective safety management and legislative compliance.
Responsibilities
* Scope, plan and deliver HSEC system update and integration projects
* Provide expert advice on policies, systems and procedures
* Identify gaps and drive improvements across HSEC documentation and processes
* Engage with internal stakeholders, third-party system vendors and project teams
* Collect user requirements and perform business analysis activities
* Support audits, reporting and compliance obligations
* Provide regular progress reporting and system support
Required Skills
* Relevant IT qualification
* Experience implementing or supporting safety/compliance systems
* Minimum 1 year software development and/or project experience (Java desirable)
* Familiarity with SQL databases and data management best practices
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of WorkSafe legislation and regulations
* Mining industry experience (highly desirable)
* Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
