Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for your next administrative role? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic Monday to Friday role offering full-time hours with a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
o Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
o Provide friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders
o Assist with various administrative functions, including filing, document management, and general office support
o Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
We’re Looking For:
o Proven experience in a similar administration or customer service role
o High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
