The Role
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of single-storey new home builds
* Manage trades, quality, OH&S, and build timelines
* Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with NCC, R-Codes, and company standards
What You Need
* Must have WA experience in a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor role
* Experience supervising single-storey residential construction
* Strong knowledge of WA construction sequencing & trade management
* Ability to manage multiple builds efficiently
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
