Key Responsibilities:
* Business Case Development: Prepare comprehensive financial models to support business initiatives.
* Commercial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis to inform pricing, sales, and profitability decisions.
* Financial Performance Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial performance gaps.
* Strategic Reporting: Develop and present monthly management reports with actionable insights.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
* Process Improvement: Drive improvements within financial reporting and analysis functions.
A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance or similar is required along with CA/CPA qualification. Proven experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis is essential. Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior decision making are also required. Key qualifications include:
