SRG Global is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our high-performing Mining Services team.
This is a pivotal field-based role where your expertise will help shape the safety culture across Drill & Blast and Geotechnical operations on nationally significant mining projects.Reporting to the HSE Manager of Mining Services, you'll work on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, with the opportunity to contribute both onsite and occasionally from our Subiaco Head Office.

You're confident in the field, respected by crews, and skilled at coaching operational leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-the-ground HSE support, coaching, and leadership across multiple mining sitesPartner with operational teams to facilitate and deliver risk assessments, safety training, and incident managementFacilitate investigations and ensure timely close-out of corrective actionsSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of SRG Global's HSE Management SystemDeliver engaging site-based HSE training and support site leadership with toolbox presentationsMonitor and report on HSE performance, trends, and KPIsStay ahead of legislative requirements and ensure compliance across all activitiesCollaborate with project teams to embed safety into everyday operationsWhat You BringMinimum 2-4 years' experience in a site-based HSE role within miningStrong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)Field experience supporting Drill & Blast or similar high-risk activitiesFormal investigation training (e.g., ICAM, TapRoot) – highly regardedExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skillsConfidence working independently across multi-disciplinary teamsCurrent WA Driver's LicenceAbout UsSRG Global Mining Services is a leading drill and blast provider that offers an integrated range of complementary technical services to significantly improve safety and productivity on your mine site.SRG OfferCompetitive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with experienceCorporate discounts for travel and health insuranceNovated leasesSmart salary (salary packaging)Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledgeA collaborative and inclusive work environmentSRG Global fully support and promote organic growth within our organisation.
