We're looking for a Junior Scheduler who thrives on organisation and problem‑solving. If you're the type of person who enjoys solving Rubik's cubes, untangling messy calendars, and turning jumbled information into a smooth, logical plan — you'll fit right in.
About the Role
As our Junior Scheduler, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our operational calendar. You'll receive information from multiple sources — jobs, products, installers, deliveries, and timelines — and your job is to sort, organise, and place everything into the right order so the business runs smoothly.
Think of it like a Rubik's cube:
Lots of moving parts, one perfect solution.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining daily, weekly, and forward‑looking calendars
Scheduling jobs, deliveries, and resources efficiently
Taking jumbled, incomplete, or changing information and organising it logically
Updating schedules as priorities change
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable
Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who:
Loves organisation, structure, and problem‑solving
Enjoys puzzles, logic games, or anything that requires mental agility
Can stay calm and focused when plans change
Has strong attention to detail
Enjoys making things "make sense"
Is proactive and thinks ahead
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using calendars, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
Previous admin, scheduling, or coordination experience is a bonus — but not essential
