The Role — Commercial Finance Manager (Scorecard + Development Hybrid) Lead the Scorecard Automation Project (50%) The business is moving all financial + operational reporting into an automated dashboard environment (PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric).
You will:
Own the Scorecard reporting for the organisation
Lead the next phase of building & enhancing dashboards
Work with consultants + exec stakeholders to design meaningful insights
Drive process improvement, efficiency and data quality
Shape how performance reporting is delivered business-wide
This is a high-visibility project with genuine impact.
You’ll manage a portfolio of development projects, acting as the commercial partner for project teams.
Core responsibilities include:
Project + stage feasibilities
Forecasting, project accounting & cashflows
Challenging assumptions & advising development teams
Preparing inputs for PCG, ExCo & Board submissions
Translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
Experience in
property development
(residential preferred)
Stakeholder management skills — confident, clear and influential
Ability to work with ambiguity & deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Experience with PowerBI / dashboarding is ideal (not essential if you’re strong commercially)
