Brunel are proud to partner with our client who are looking to add a Full Time, Permanent Site Manager to their team. This client are long standing in the QLD construction industry known for their work delivering complex Commercial and Industrial projects with average values ranging from $20m - $70m.
The initial project will be based South Brisbane.

Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* 5 - 10+ years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Builder or Developer ( Required )
* Exposure managing New Build Commercial Construction Projects from $20m+ ( Required )
* Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
* Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings.
* Paid parental leave.
* Professional development encouraged specifically when aiming to progress into leadership roles.
* Internal and external training courses provided and encouraged.
* Joining an established business with structured processes and procedures in place.
* Projects set up for success from beginning to end - fully resourced teams, long-serving PM's and CM's and loyal subcontractor base.
* Competitive salary depending on experience.
