This is a huge opportunity for motivated, patient-centric Dentist to join a clinic in Gladstone where you'll be surrounded by beautiful beaches, outdoors lifestyle and high quality schools and entertainment.
There is also an airport with direct flights to Brisbane.
Relocation assistance may also be provided if needed.
There is a huge demand for dentists, with the demand far outstripping the number of available clinicians so you'll be in prime position to serve the community, do more complex and comprehensive dentistry and earn more while you're at it.
This privately owned practice is one of 3 other private practices in QLD, so you'll also have a support network of peers and the Principal to communicate and collaborate with.
You'll also work alongside 2 other senior dentists within the clinic itself and a visiting Endodontist.
If you're looking to ramp up, refine or test out your clinical skills while serving the community of loyal patients, and getting 3 years of dentistry condensed into 1 year, this practice is the one for you
You'll have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity to build and shape the team and clinic around yourself. Resources and marketing will be invested into you as well.

ABOUT YOU
* You may be a graduate, or you have anywhere from 1 to 30+ years of experience, what matters is your patient-centric and caring nature
* Your top priority is providing top-notch care
* You have a friendly chairside manner and can communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
* You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
* You have AHPRA registration without conditions
* You hold current professional indemnity insurance
* You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
