RA Tas is seeking a proactive and friendly individual to join our northern Service Centre as a Client Services Worker (CSW). This meaningful role provides a professional, welcoming and supportive interface for clients, visitors and other stakeholders engaging with RA Tas.
The CSW delivers a confidential, responsive service that reflects empathy and understanding of client needs – primarily via phone and, at times, in person. The role also includes site based administrative tasks and coordination support to help our service run smoothly.
This is a permanent part time role with the flexibility to extend to full time for the right candidate.

* Customer Service and Call Centre Experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
* Organised with an eye for detail
* Good computer skills
* Able to exercise a high level of confidentiality
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

* Salary starting from $69,871 to 76,720 + Super / *Pro-rata
