Market Research Face to Face Interviewer
Location: Greater Melbourne region, Australia.
Responsibilities
The role involves heading out in small teams conducting face‐to‐face interviews with people traveling on the transport network, recording data on a tablet and ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
* Shift schedule (7 days a week, Friday 8th May to Friday 5th June):
o Weekday AM – 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
o Weekday PM – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
o Weekend – 9:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
* Minimum availability of 3‐4 days a week (weekends inclusive)
* Strong interest in data collection
* Process and adherence to data integrity
* Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors
* Adaptability to work in dynamic environments
* Willingness to work on your feet in outdoor environments for various shift lengths
* Punctuality and professional presentation at all times
* Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and the team
* Experience in market research (highly regarded but not essential)
* Eligibility to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome)

The hourly rate commences at $32.26. The rate increases to $38.43 after 50 hours (unless you have already obtained these hours with a previous Market Research employer).
