Job Title: Facility Operations Specialist
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to contribute to our maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, repair, and upkeep of existing buildings, property, plant, and maintenance-related equipment in collaboration with the maintenance team.
* Ensure that all maintenance equipment and other items are properly maintained and stored.
* Meet and address repair works, projects, and upkeep needs in a timely manner, including after-hours urgent maintenance requirements as necessary.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

* Strong work ethic and customer focus.
* Manual driver's license is required.
* Willingness to be on-call for after-hours emergency repairs (if required).
* Comfortable working within a Christian environment and with an Anglican organization.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Personal Christian faith.
* Up-to-date Hepatitis A and B immunizations.
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* Current Worksafe NSW licenses.
* Proven knowledge of Industry and Safety Standards.
Additional Requirements: A current driver's license and own transportation are essential due to the remote location.
