The Role
This is an executive leadership role responsible for the company's global growth strategy. Your mission is to grow Beaver's sales from $50m to $250m over the next 10 years. You will own the entire commercial front-end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product Management. You will be responsible for building it into a high-performance revenue machine.
Your accountabilities
* Revenue Leadership: Act as the executive owner of the company's commercial front-end, ensuring total alignment across all teams to aggressively grow the business.
* Global Revenue Strategy: Design and own the 'Go-to-Market' strategy, sequencing market entry to build a scalable global revenue machine (across APAC, Americas, EMEA).
* Capital Sales: Build the team and direct sales model to win high-stakes capital projects via EPCMs and major Mining Companies around the world.
