* You will be responsible for following the AAL Claims Management Process and adhering to AAL standards to minimize claim costs
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting claims management and apply sound decision-making throughout the claim's lifecycle
* Manage expectations and relationships with claimants, internal, and external stakeholders
* Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and the broader business unit
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide timely, effective responses to customer needs, adhering to AAL phone standards
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
About You:
* Experience in Motor claims in a call-centre based environment for the entirety of your shift
* Experience in claims management across various Commercial Motor product lines in a complex, matrixed organization
* Possess tertiary or industry-specific qualifications
* Ability to multi-task, navigate, and work throughout multiple systems and PDS in a timely manner
* Experience in working with Insurance brokers
* Meet technical capability and competence standards for professional progression, including submission of a portfolio (for AAL employees)
* Experience in claims management across various general insurance product lines in a complex, matrixed organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools
* Proficient in planning, prioritizing, organizing tasks, and managing resources effectively; skilled in interpreting complex information and making informed decisions, with high attention to detail and error identification
