Casual Duty Manager – Eyre Hotel, Whyalla
About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
* Leading and motivating the team during busy evening shifts
* Providing exceptional customer service and problem‐solving on the go
* Managing staff, ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies
* Handling cash, security, and stock control
Qualifications:
We're looking for:
* A background in hospitality – bar, gaming, bistro, or restaurant experience preferred
* Leadership experience – previous management, supervisory, or team leader experience
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Availability to work evenings and weekends across a flexible roster
* Current RSA, RSG, TAB, and RP Badge (or willingness to obtain)
