Job Description
We are expanding our Occupational Therapy team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. You'll bring expertise, maturity and strong time‑management and organisational skills to the role.

We are looking for OTs who share our passion for disability and who are excited to work across the lifespan with physical disability, paediatrics, adults, psychosocial conditions and neuro‑developmental conditions.
Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabomberra & surrounding areas. We would love to hear from Occupational Therapists at all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.
Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
* A pro‑active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
