You'll be a key player in keeping sales processes efficient, accurate, and aligned with our company's high standards.
Key responsibilities include: Assisting sales reps with calls, emails, and e-commerce orders Booking and following up on appointments Accurately entering and processing sales orders using Salesforce Preparing quotes, invoices, and updating customer records Tagging orders with appropriate discounts and marketing campaigns Taking overflow sales calls and supporting showroom or trade show events Representing the company professionally at all times, both internally and externally What You'll Bring 2–3 years of experience in a sales administration or similar support role Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator—both written and verbal Professional, friendly phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, and general computer use A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit Willingness to occasionally travel to trade shows and work weekend events if required Apply NowIf you're ready to bring your administrative and customer service talents to a supportive, fast-moving sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
