Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre in the Ballarat area are seeking motivated, professional, and passionate Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our team for a wonderful year of learning, growth, and impact.

About the Role
You will deliver a high-quality, engaging Kindergarten program, supporting children's development in line with EYLF, VEYLF, and NQF standards.
The program runs from 8:00/8:30am to 4:30/5:00pm, with one day off the floor per week for planning, documentation, and curriculum development.
You will be supported by the Company Pedagogy & Practice Leader and Centre Director, receiving coaching and guidance to grow your practice, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a thriving learning culture.
You Will:
* Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, inclusive either a 3 or 4yo Kindergarten programs
* Implement play-based learning experiences and intentional provocations that challenge, engage, and inspire children
* Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and document children's learning to inform reflective practice and program evaluation
* Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to maintain high-quality, compliant, and innovative practice
* Support a classroom culture valuing risk-taking, experimentation, and children's agency
* Engage in ongoing professional development, coaching, and mentorship
What You Bring:
* Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification with current registration - Bachelor qualified preferred
* 2 years' experience
* Strong knowledge of EYLF/VEYLF, NQF, and early childhood pedagogy
* Passion for early learning and commitment to child safety and inclusion
* Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Confidence to contribute to a positive team culture and mentor colleagues
